This program lets you store information and then retrieve them easily.
AtomicRobotshareware Find-It-Quick 5.0 is a program that saves and displays any information you want to store and remember. The program is an executable file and thus all you need is a shortcut to it to start using it. To make retrieval easy, the tool will let you create 20 main topics, each with up to 20 secondary topics per main topic. While 20 secondary topics for each main topic are probably quite a lot, 20 categories of main topics just do not seem to be enough for any realistic use. What would have given this tool real flexibility is the ability to define these categories by the user. The way these are integrated in the interface, the arrangement is fixed. This could easily have been a regular windows explorer like interface, the way most programs integrate such an interface.
For each item you store, you can save a URL and a block of text. These can be retrieved and copied to the clipboard easily. The data to be saved can be located in local hard disks or on the network or even shared among many users. That does seem like a flexible arrangement. Search and sort features are available in the program giving you quick access to the information stored. In the Vista or Windows 7 environment, you can set the program to run as administrator either by right clicking on the short cut or through the context menu available on right click.
